• Step 1: Go to downloads & licenses
• Step 2: Scroll or search for the product and click the More Info dropdown
• Step 3: Click View Downloads & Licenses
• Step 4: Click View More
• Step 5: Deactivate all current activations
• Step 6: Refresh the page to ensure all activations are deactivated
• Step 7: Re-license product using either method
• Step 8: Restart After Effects (and Adobe Media Encoder if used)
